Investor Immigration Law Services
We provide the following investor immigration services:
E-1 Treaty Trader Visa: This is a non-immigrant visa that allows foreign nationals of a treaty nation to enter the U.S. and carry out a business that is considered a “substantial trade.” A treaty nation is a country that has a treaty of commerce agreement with the United States. Our knowledgeable attorneys can determine your eligibility and help you understand this process.
E-2 Investor Visa: This visa is only available to citizens of certain countries and if you qualify, it will allow you to enter the U.S. and operate a business for which you have made a significant investment. The business must be ongoing, active, and must employ American workers. A minimum investment is typically $50,000.00 or larger.
L1-A Visa: This is a non-immigrant visa for the purpose of entering the U.S. and working for a limited amount of time – typically 3 months to 5 years. It is commonly used by companies to transfer high-level executives, managers, and business owners to a different business operating location.
EB-5 Immigrant Investor: The EB-5 immigrant investor program creates conditional permanent residency for investors who demonstrate that they have or will make a substantial investment in an American business which has or will create American jobs in areas with high unemployment rates. The conditional aspect of this visa can be petitioned after two years for permanent residency.
